Holiday Inn Omaha Downtown - Waterpark, an IHG Hotel

We found the hotel to be clean and welcoming. Front desk staff was efficient. We enjoyed the pool area, which was clean with appropriate water temperature for the pool and hot tub. Our boys really liked the water slide. We also enjoyed eating dinner at the attached restaurant and got frozen yogurt at the attached store, which was extremely convenient.

We had a medical issue with my sister. While we were there. The staff called 911 us Get the help we needed. The staff was excellent, helpful courteous. They were Absolutely amazing, and I will definitely stay there again?

We loved the two king beds, the little water park and the friendly staff. The room was comfortable and spacious.

We needed the Waterpark facilities to wear out a 5 year old for some medical testing. My dude running the desk bent over backwards to make sure we were able to do so.
